Important! EVERYONE attending PRESENT Treasure Hunt working an Exhibit Table-Top or Workshop MUST REGISTER to ensure badges are available at check-in at the conference and also to reserve their hotel rooms. The registration process is quick and easy. Once you register, you will have the opportunity to add additional people and book their rooms in a single process. The room rate is $259 per night plus 16.2% Tax. Complimentary Guestroom Wireless Internet and No Daily Facility Fee.

Hotel reservations must be received on or before 5:00 PM PST, Friday, February 20, 2026. After this date, the Hotel will accept reservations at the Group rate based on a space-and-rate-available basis.

All shipped packages may NOT arrive any sooner than Monday, March 9th and should be addressed as shown above. Please label each box for your Table-Top or Workshop. Return shipments will be picked up in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, March 15th. There is a $10 per package service charge plus all applicable shipping costs. You must schedule a pick-up with UPS or FedEx for Monday, March 16th.

Please remember to bring your FedEx / UPS labels, packing tape, and a scissors / case cutter with you.

PLEASE NOTE: The Online Exhibitor Order Form (click here) must be completed prior to arrival for package handling costs before boxes will be released.
