About the Conference
The PRESENT Treasure Hunt Conference will be a live in-person event March 14-15, 2026 at the Hotel Indigo Downtown Los Angeles. The content will follow the traditional Treasure Hunt format of Practice Management, Medicare, and Insurance Updates, with the addition of cutting-edge CME education and Workshops for a total of 12 CME Credits. Gabriel Halperin, DPM will give his traditional Medicare Update.

The prestigious annual STAR Award was bestowed on Benjamin Scherer, DPM of Foot & Ankle LA in Los Angeles, CA. During the past 10+ years, Dr Scherer has been involved with LACPMA and CPMA as a Delegate Member, Secretary and now as the current Treasurer, all the while maintaining that work-life balance everyone strives to achieve. Dr Scherer never gets or asks for any credit, he just gets things done. We know he will continue to serve and contribute to the LACPMA for the better part of the future.
